“A human being is a part of a whole, called by us _universe_, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest… a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.” Albert Einstein

I have been participating in the Oneness Blessing for a few months now. I have enjoyed it so very much and gained so much benefit from it that I’ve decided to begin airing Oneness Blessing teleconference calls from Rev. Dr. Michael Milner on My Meditation Garden. This way I can share with all our readers what the Oneness Blessing is all about.

The Oneness Blessing is commonly referred to as Deeksha or Oneness Deeksha. It is basically a transfer of spiritual energy to the neocortex of the brain. This transfer of spiritual energy or blessing initiates a neurobiological change in the brain that when complete enables the senses to be free from the constant interference of the mind. As a result, you feel an unclouding and clearing of the mind as it becomes less and less preoccupied with stresses and negative emotions. You feel clarity of perception with frequent and spontaneous feelings of joy, inner calmness and a connection to the Oneness in everything.

The Oneness Blessing does not belong to any religion, or any particular belief or spiritual path. It is given each day to people all over the world, of all races, religions, nationalities, and spiritual and non-spiritual beliefs.

I hope you enjoy this audio session and I look forward to hearing from you about your perceptions and experiences with it. I will continue to post oneness blessing sessions up on the site as well.

In this special meditation garden podcast episode from the My Meditation Garden site, I have the pleasure of sharing the stage with Panache Desai. Panache has been referred to by many as a spiritual master and guru. He was born in London and has been in the United States for almost the past decade. During his years in the US, he has had a spiritual awakening and has since then traveled through the U.S. sharing with others spirituality through energetic awakening and awareness.

Panache Desai comes from a lineage of Indian saints and was born in London. Though he was told about his ability and job to spread spiritual enlightenment in the world, he did not come to understand what that meant until his early 20’s.

At the tender age of 23, he had a spiritual awakening which has led him to traveling the United States, State by State, sharing his gift with others and creating an energetic and spiritual awakening in our country. He uses his gifts to enable people to remember that their essence is that of love and abundance and to create a shift in their consciousness.

According to Panache, “By the end of 2009, from each anchor point, a stream of golden energy will radiate across towns, cities and states until all of America is encompassed in a dome of light, protection, and Divine love. This gift transcends all religious beliefs, ideologies, backgrounds, and faiths.” Panache quoted in The Eternal Search for “Who Am I?” by Susan Scharfman.

Panache is a mirror to those he encounters. He shows people their beauty and their flaws and in that way serves as an incredibly powerful tool to humanity’s awakening, self-acceptance, and acceptance of others.

This energy is here to help mankind once again establish a deeper relationship with their true selves. It transcends all boundaries of race, religion and creed and is here for the upliftment of all. – Panache

Listen to this podcast episode to find out about Panache’s spiritual awakening, his experience presenting sessions throughout the United States, what role the U.S. will play in the global awakening to which he refers, and more information on the upcoming Florida Gathering scheduled for November 6th through the 8th, 2009.

You can also find out more about Panache Desai or register and find out more about the upcoming Florida Gathering

It’s been a while since our last podcast episode. I had a few technical difficulties in terms of how to upload the podcasts in the most efficient manner and “life” just happened to quickly in the past few weeks. So, without further ado… here is episode 3 of the My Meditation Garden podcast!

In this episode, I share the stage with Athena Murphy. It is an incredibly interesting episode where we learn how Athena was able to meditate at home for over a month straight (literally!) and how that meditation actually resulted in shifting of bones in her head… all this from the comfort of her own home, with no meditation teacher or group and no medicine. After being diagnosed with a physical condition, meditation was the only thing that helped her in healing herself.

This is truly an awe-inspiring story about how a woman’s dedication to meditation and never-ending commitment (to the point where she left her job to be able to do this) paid off in so many ways than she ever expected. I hope you enjoy this podcast and as always I look forward to getting feedback from you! Please make sure to write comments and if you’d like to be interviewed or know of someone who has an amazing story related to meditation, please make sure to contact me about it.
